The base period of performance is from 01 October 1997 through 30 September 1998, with two (2) one year options that the Government may exercise in accordance with the Contract terms. The Contract is subject to availability of funds. This requirement is 100 percent set aside for Small Business. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) applicable to this solicitaiton is 4131. The average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $5. million for this SIC. The solicitation and resulting contract will also include FAR Clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, which permits the Government to require continued performance of the services for up to six (6) months within the limits and at the rates specified in the contract. * (0206)
