The work of this contract consists of the general construction of two residential dwelling structures; a fourplex and a duplex, to be constructed either on site or as a pre-manufactured modular system. The two structures shall be constructed at two sites, a substantial distance apart, and set on crawl-space type foundations. The duplex shall have attached garages and the fourplex shall have designated parking stalls. Water, sewer, power, gas, telephone and cable TV are connected to existing on-site main utility lines. Earthwork, grading, walking ramps, decks and driveway aprons are part of the work. The sites are located at Canyonlands National Park in northeast Utah at two different development sites approximately 150 miles apart; at the Maze District and the Island-in-the-Sky (ISKY) District. The ISKY duplex site is near Moab, Utah, and the fourplex site at Maze is accessible from the west entrance to the park.
