There will be modifications to the existing dock area, restrooms and workroom. Work includes, but is not limited to, site work, concrete, masonry, finishes, plumbing, electrical and mechanical. Construction cost range: $1,500,000 to $1,750,000. Construction completion time will be three hundred sixty (360) calendar days from the date of receipt of Notice to Proceed. Evaluation factors in addition to price are as follows: 1. General Experience and 2. Performance on current or recently performed postal projects, if applicable.
