This project is located in San Miguel County, on the Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre and Gunnison National Forests in Colorado. Woods Lake Campground is located approximately 9 miles south of Colorado 145; turn on Fall Creek Road between Placerville and Sawpit and take the turn to the right to Woods Lake. Price range is between S500,000 and S1,000,000. Contract time is 130 calendar days. Anticipated package issue date is August 13, 1997, and anticipated bid opening is September 12, 1997.
