including a lobby connection to Building No. 4 at Natick. Installation
includes HVAC including plumbing and site development. The estimated
cost range for this project is $250,000 to $500,000. Completion date
for this project is 180 calendar days from receipt of Notice to
Proceed. This is an UNRESTRICTED procurement. The SIC CODE for this
project is 1541. Plans and specifications for this project will project
will be available on or about 12 August 1997. Bid Opening is 30 days
from plans and specifications available date or 12 September 1997 at
11:OO A.M. Bid opening will be held in Room 1841. To obtain plans and

NED in the amount of $25.00 per set (non-refundable) to US Army Corps
