This is a solicitation notice titled "Alter Reserve Forces Operations and Training Facility", 141 Military Drive, Jackson, MS. Existing building is 18,424 square foot one-story facility. The construction will consist of metal stud with gypsum board interior non-loadbearing walls, new insulated windows, standing seam metal roofing, and single ply roofing on existing metal decking. Utilities and support facilities include plumbing, gas-fired heating system, ventilation system, air conditioning, water, electric power, sanitary and storm drainage systems approximately 1000 square yards of asphalt paving and landscaping.
