It is the declared and acknowledged intention of this solicitation to provide labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision to provide exterior landscaping to include the planting of various ground cover, hedges and trees. The work also includes construction of three (3) composite play structures, sports court and entrance portals within the housing area at the Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station Cutler, Maine.
