contractor shall furnish all necessary materials, permits, labor and
equipment to construct dike repairs along approximately 4,900 feet of
existing dikes. Work includes selective cutting of existing trees;
regrading and excavating steepened existing eroded slope, including
underwater excavation of a new trench, installing geotextile on
regraded slopes and in the key trench; placing riprap, riprap bedding,
and quarry spalls on the geotextile, and replacing and anchoring
salvaged trees and root wads underwater along the toe of the newly
constructed riprap slopes. Performance time for this contract shall be
110 calendar days after receiving notice to proceed. The estimated
cost of this project if between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This
acquisition is unrestricted. The estimated date of issuance of the IFB
