Fish and Wildlife Service invites bids on a contract to renovate the Headquarters Building at the St. Lawrence Wetlands District, St. Lawrence County, New York. The work shall include all plant, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to renovate the interior and exterior of the building. This work will include carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, deck construction and installation of a waterpipe supply line to an existing well. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The SIC code for this acquisition is 1542; size standard is $17.0 million. This is an unrestricted procurement in accordance with Public Law 100-656 and is open to any size business. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered.
