The work includes, but is not limited to renovation of the HVAC system which includes the temperature control system. Renovation of the HVAC system will include, but not limited to, a new direct digital control system, new sequence of operations, removal of the existing VAV boxes, installation of new electric duct heaters, addition of SCR controls on existing duct heaters, refrigerant coil modifications (Amarillo only), and the installation of additional filters. The scope for each location will shall vary. Refer to the drawings and specifications for the detailed scope for each location. Temperature controls shall be furnished and installed by a factory authorized representative of the controls being supplied.
