Moody, Contracting Officer (90C) The VA San Diego Healthcare System -- San Diego, CA has a requirement to remodel existing laboratory rooms on the first floor of the main building. Items involved will be demolition of doors, frames, interior partition walls, ceilings, metal casework, finishes, plumbing, HVAC, power and lighting. New work will include, but is not limited to, new doors and frames, sheet vinyl flooring, painting, metal casework, Bio-Safety cabinets, solid gypboard ceilings, acoustical ceiling/t-grid, plumbing, HVAC, power and lighting, and negative pressure alarms. The SIC for this project is 1542. The government estimated range for this project is $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. A pre-bid conference will be conducted on September 13, 1997 at 10:00 a.m. in the Financial Resources Management Service (FRMS) conference room (Rm. 1529)at the VA San Diego Healthcare System.
