SOL NAAJ8320700206 POC Sharon Walker 816-426-7267 x241 Provide all labor, materials, and supervision to perform repairs to the heating, ventilation, and airconditioning (HVAC) systems at the National Weather Service Forecast Offices in St. Charles, MO and Dousman, WI. The work includes, but is not limited to renovation of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system which includes the temperature control system. Renovation of the HVAC system will include, but not be limited to, a new direct digital control system, new sequence of operations, repair of the existing VAV box controllers (St. Charles only), installation of new electric duct heaters, addition of SCR controls on existing duct heaters and the removal of existing VAV box controllers (Dousman only). The scope for each location shall vary. Refer to the drawings and specificaitons for the detailed scope for each location. Temperatur controls shall be furnished and installed by a factory authorized representative of the controls being supplied.
