Work includes demolition and removal of portions of the exterior finish system, glass fiber reinforced concrete panels; fabrication and installation of new GFRC replacement panels; removal and replacement of existing joint sealants and backer rods; repair all remaining cracks in GFRC panels with pressure injected epoxy and/or non-shrink grout; and clean and seal all exterior GFRC surfaces with a penetrating concrete sealer.
