To include a Galileo IR camera and Image Desk II data acquisition system. This is a turnkey image acquisition system optimized for maximum data rate transfer from the Amber IR cameras to the data control computer. This system stores individual pixel data at the minimum frame rate of the camera. Typical third party frame grabbers grab single fields (1/2 a frame) every 60th of a second from the RS-170 output (30 frame frames per second) resulting in lower resolution data acquisition. Data Acquisition System, Amber Radiance 1 camera acquire full frame 256 by 256 images with 12 bit resolution at 60 frames per second. Must also operate with IR camera meeting specifications below and be capable of recording sensor data at 12 bit resolution for image acquisition formats listed here: 256X256 operation at 120 Hz, or 120 Hz, or 128X128 at 480 Hz, or 64X64 (1,400 Hz) subarrays. IR Camera must meet or exceed following specifications: Detector pitch 30 um, and implements a centroid windowing feature, allowing full 256X256 operation at 12Hz, or 128X128 at 480Hz, or 64X64 (1,400Hz) subarrays. Detector Resolution: 256X256 (65,536 elements). Spectral Response: 3-5 micrometers, Cooling: Integral Stirling closed cycle. Cooler Lifetime: >2000 hours, Cool-down Time: (300K to 77K) -- >20 minutes, NedT: 0.025C (Q=2x10e 14ph/cme2/s), Dynamic Range: 12 bits and 110V/60Hz power service. SIC Code 3861 Size 500.
