There are Six (6) line items per Federal Specificaton PPP-B-00636L dated January 1, 1991. Each line item contains a minimum and maximum quantity. The specification will be included in the solicitation package, scheduled to be issued on August 12, 1997. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the Agency.
