B -- MYSTERY SHOPPING SERVICES SOL 052684-97-A-0152 DUE 082797 POC Patty Johnson, Purchasing Specialist, 415-794-6137 The Postal Service plans to issue Solicitation No. 052684-97-A-0152 for Secret Shopper Services for USPS locations within the states of California and Hawaii to obtain independent evaluation of the services provided. Approximately 1,000 offices will be shopped in each of the four phases of the contract performance period. The first phase will begin on September 22, 1997. The contractor shall be required to prepare and submit surveys for each site visited and well as prepare summary reports which include graphing, query capability and password access via Internet web address. The base period of the contract will be for one year with two one year options. The deadline for receipt of proposals is 8/27/97. There is a $25.00 charge for a copy of this solicitation.
