Services of A/E firm to prepare a Master Plan, programming, design development, and preliminary cost estimates for remodeling existing Operating Room Suite of approximately 7,000 sq. ft. and options for expanding the size of existing O.R. Suite. The Master Plan shall allow for multiple construction projects to accomplish the plan. Any contract resulting from this notice would provide a flat fee for the Master Plan with options to act as A/E for any resulting construction projects. Fees for these construction project(s) would be negotiated when and if the Government decides to proceed with construction projects resulting from the Master Plan.
