Manning, Contracting Officer, 334-260-4103, Additional Contact Judy Bledsoe, 334-260-4104 Open end contract for Architect/Engineer Services to provide design (drawings, specifications, design calculations, and estimates) and construction period services for various mechanical, electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilating, and air conditioning projects. Contractor will be required to provide reproducible mylar plans (on sheets furnished by the CAVHCS) and disks completely compatible with Auto Cadd Release 13. Computer generated drawings shall be in drawing format with no further conversions required. If not compatible contractor must furnish licensed software for all programs used to produce information. Contract shall be for one year with two one-year options. Total contract including options shall not exceed $450,000,00 and the fee for any one project is not to exceed $50,000. Area of consideration is restricted to firms within a 50 mile radius of Montgomery, AL.
