The service is comprised of elongating the Edgecumbe barge from its present configuration of two hundred thirty feet (230') long by sixty feet (60') wide by fifteen feet (15') deep to a new configuration measurement of two hundred forty feet (240') long by sixty feet (60') wide by fifteen feet (15') deep.
