Nakoma,San Antonio,Tx 78216, for a firm fixed priced contract to acquire continued upgrade/modification and maintenance of the existing Energy Management and Controls System (EMCS). The resulting contract shall be for a basic 12-month period beginning 1 Oct 97 with options for four (4) additional 12-month periods. Based on the results of a market survey, Johnson Controls, Inc. is the only company capable of providing the required services due to the need for access to Johnson Controls, Inc.'s proprietary data.
