Contractor services shall cover the range of transcription services typically provided in a civilian Medical Treatment Facility. Services include but are not limited to the transcription of history and physical reports, operative reports, narrative summaries, consultation reports/letters, radiology reports, Medical Evaluation Board Reports, Temporary Duty Retirement Lists and others as deemed necessary by the Luke AFB Medical Treatment Facility.
