Provide professional medical services in the specialty of a licensed physician board certified in Urology to the inmates who are incarcerated at the Federal Correctional Institution, 5701 8th street, Camp Parks, Dublin, CA 94568. Proficiency in the following procedures are required: Evaluation of referred patients with urological problems, Cystoscopy, Cystometrics, minor urologic procedures such as urethral dilation, Diagnosis and treatment of other referred patients with conditions that would normally be treated by a Urologist in the community. RFQ 8-0013 will be issued on or about July 30, 1997. Services will be required from the date of award or October 1, 1997, whichever is later for the base year, with four (4) one-year option periods.
