Provide professional medical services in the specialty of a licensed physician board certified in Oral Surgery to the inmates who are incarcerated at the Federal Correctional Institution, 5701 8th Street, Camp Parks, Dublin, CA 94568. Proficiency in the following procedures are required: Surgical extractions of impacted teeth, biopsies, surgical extraction of complex teeth, diagnosis and treatment of pathology, management of fractures, and diagnosis and treatment of other referred patients with conditions that would normally be treated by an Oral Surgeon in the community. RFQ 8-0007 will be issued on or about July 30, 1997. Services will be required from the date of award or October 1, 1997, whichever is later for the base year, with four (4) one-year option periods.
