Provide professional medical services in the specialty of a licensed physician board certified in OB/GYN to the inmates who are incarcerated at the Federal Correctional Institution, 5701 8th Street, Camp Parks, Dublin, CA 94568. Proficiency in the following procedures are required: Loop Electro-Electrocoagulation procedure, dilation and curettage, endometrial and cervical biopsies, diagnosis and treatment of pelvic pain, Hysterectomy and laproscopic procedures, pre-natal, delivery and post-natal care, and diagnosis and treatment of other referred patients with conditions that would normally be treated by an OB/GYN in the community. RFQ 8-0004 will be issued on or about July 30, 1997. Services will be required from the date of award or October 1, 1997, whichever is later for the base year, with four (4) one-year option periods.
