Provide professional medical services in the specialty of a licensed physician board certified in Cardiology to the inmates who are incarcerated at the Federal Correctional Institution, 5701 8th Street, Camp Parks, Dublin, CA 94568. Proficiency in the following procedures are required: Diagnosis and treatment of arrythemias, diagnosis and treatment of congestive heart failure, diagnosis and treatment of hyperlipidemia, diagnosis and treatment of hypertension, diagnosis and treatment of other referred other referred patients with conditions that would normally be treated by an Cardiologist in the community. RFQ 8-0003 will be issued on or about July 30, 1997. Services will be required from the date of award or October 1, 1997, whichever is later for the base year, with four (4) one-year option periods.
