Dr. Glassman will develop a Consumber Health Informatics Strategic Plan for the Division of Clinical Sciences. Dr. Glassman has recently accepted an appointment to the NCI as a Special Expert and the processing of the appointment may take several months. This purchase order will permit the Institute to initiate this critical planning process well in advance of Dr. Glassman's formal appointment. As part of this effort, Dr. Glassman will: identify immediate, short-term, and long term activities and technologies that can serv ethe Division's goals, as well as those which may present barriers. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested offerors may submit a capability statement in sufficient detail to conduct an evaluation.
