This solicitation invites proposals for the construction of a new North Station Post Office located at the corner of 10th Avenue North and Metrocenter Boulevard, Nashville, TN, containing approx. 26,950 gross sq. ft. of floor space with approx. 8,204 SF of covered exterior area. The work includes, but is not limited to masonry construction with brick veneer, steel frame, modified bitumen, site utilities, electrical, rooftop HVAC, paving, carpentry, painting and other work associated with Postal construction. The estimated base cost for this project is between $2,400,000 and $2,800,000 with completion within 330 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
