The contractor shall use plans and specifications providing dual feed primary electrical service, main distribution panel, switch-gear lighting fixtures, grounding of transformers, upgrading of branch circuit panel-boards, surge suppression, 3 phase motor protection, and exterior lighting. The estimated cost range is $1,200,000 to $1,400,000. The performance period is 180 calendar days from the date of issuance of Notice to Proceed. The solicitation package will be available on or about August 5, 1997, and may be obtained by remitting a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of $50.00 per set.
