The work shall consist of a Base Bid with a set of 15 buildings and approximately 5,230 dual linear feet of pipe and trenching and connection of the new and existing systems at the Heating Plant; Optional Item 1 consists of a set of 3 buildings and approximately 960 dual linear feet of pipe, trenching, and connection to the Base Bid portion of the work and Optional Item 2 consists of a set of 13 buildings and approximately 3,810 dual linear feet of pipe, trenching and connection to the Base Bid portion of the work. Award is subject to the availability of funds. Performance time is 336 calendar days. Total estimated cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Projected issue date is O/A 18 Aug 97 with projected opening date 18 Sep 97. This procurement is being issued under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. There will be a $50.00 nonrefundable charge for this solicitation package. PAYMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH YOUR WRITTEN REQUEST.
