This project will renovate approximately 10,000 square feet of space in the existing Extended Care Unit. This space is currently used as inpatient space and will be converted to outpatient space under this contract. Project will include demolition, new walls, new lights, new doors, finishes, and minor HVAC work. Completion time shall be 120 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Cost range of this project is $100,000 to $250,000. Bid documents will be issued on or about 8-15-97 and must be requested in writing, no more than 25 sets of documents will be issued and will be issued on a first come first served basis. Requests may be faxed to 901-577-7228. Bid opening will be on or about 9-15-97 at 1:00 pm local time. Award is subject to availability of funds. (0209)
