The Naval Air Systems Command intends to procure a Trade Study for improvements of the GRU-EA7 Ejection seat installed in EA-6B aircraft to meet FY-97 requirements. The contract will be awarded to Martin-Baker Aircraft Co. Ltd., Higher Denham, Near Uxbridge, Middlesex, England UB9 5AJ. Martin-Baker is the sole designer, developer, and producer of the EA-6B Ejection Seat such is the only firm possessing the knowledge, facilities, equipment, and technical data necessary to meet Government requirements.
