The Bureau of Land Management has a requirement for the following materials: 2. Oil Field Tubing: No. 1 Structural Grade, Cleaned, free of rust scale, collar coupling and be in lengths between 27 feet to 34 feet. Mett or exceed API 5L Standards. 3. 2 3/8-inch O.D. tubing shall be 4.5 pounds per foot with .190 wall thickness. 4. 2 7/8-inch O.D. tubing shall be 6.3 pounds per foot with .217 wall thickness. 5. Delivery is to locations within Otero County, New Mexico, on McGregor Range. This is on a Military Reservation and is subject to closures for access so advance notification of delivery dates is required. 6.
