66 -- MODIFICATIONS TO CASS AND RADCOM TEST PROGRAM SETS (TPSS) SOL N68335-97-G-0143 DUE 082897 POC Mr.Carl Ruzicka Code 25213, (732) 323-2741. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ 08733 intends to place an order on a noncompetitive basis with Northrup Grumman Corp. under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N68335-97-G-0143. It is intended to procure modifications to CASS and RADCOM Test Program Sets (TPSs) which are already existing and in the fleet. The BOA order will also procure modifications to other peculiar support equipment (cables, connectors etc.) for the F-14D aircraft. The TPS modifications are in support of the Operating Flight System upgrade to the DO2 and DO3 configuration. TPSs and other peculiar support equipment will also be modified to support the Embedded Global Positioning System and Embedded Global Inertial Navigation System as well as the Programmable Tactical Information Display. No new test program sets are being developed under this procurement. The Government intends to procure the above under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
