In accordance with the Kennedy Center's policy to standardize PC hardware to a DELL platform, the Kennedy Center intends to purchase the following DELL computer equipment from Dell Marketing L.P. of Round Rock, Texas, off GSA Schedule Contract No. GS-35F-4076D: (1) 3 DELL XPICD M166ST 12.1 SVGA, 16MB Laptop Computers; (2) 2 DELL 1000LS Color Monitors with 15.9" Viewable Image Size; (3) 1 Ultrascan 20T Trinitron Monitor with 19.0" Viewable Image Size; (4) 1 DELL Dimension XPS 166MHz Pentium Processor Minitower with MMX Technology; and (5) 1 DELL XPICD M166ST 12.1 SVGA, 16MB PC with 21" Color Monitor. Interested parties may submit capability packages by mail to the above listed address before August 29, 1997, for consideration. Faxed submissions will not be considered. Capability packages must contain detailed information concerning how the Kennedy Center's requirements can be met by the vendor. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposedcontract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
