Box 4015, Walnut Creek, CA 94553, for the purchase of 750 copies of HACCP Master!. This software automatically produces flow charts follwing the HACCP standards, and an array of forms used in monitoring the food products during their flow through the establishment. The Agency will utilize this software to assist small plants in tracking food products and potential hazards. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT AVAILABLE. CHL Associates is the only known source for providing this software. All interested concerns must identify their interest in writing and fully document their capability to meet the agency's requirements by forwarding a detailed response by August 19, 1997. All responses must be in writing and may be faxed to 202-690-1814. All proposals from responsible sources will be considered by the Agency. If no affirmative written response is received by August 19 to determine that a comparable source is available, or is more advantageous to the Government, negotiations will take place with the CHL Associates.
