This computer-based training CD-ROM includes instructions on flowcharts, run charts, control charts, and other tools. The CBT software will be utilized by the Agency to assist small plants in developing HACCP plans, monitoring critical control points, improving performance and evaluating E.coli data. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT AVAILABLE. Goal/QPC is the only known source for providing this software. All interested concerns must identify their interest in writing and fully document their capability to meet the agency's requirements by forwarding a detailed response by August 14, 1997.
