70 -- SOFTWARE LICENSE RENEWAL/MAINTENANCE DUE 080697 POC Lynne M. ware, 618,256-9590 The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Computer Technology Division, Procurement Branch (DTS42) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to NCR, 2 Choke Cherry Road, Rockville, MD 20850-4030 for the acquisition of software maintenance for the following proprietary products: Comten 5655 Front End Processor software and Comten 5645 Front End Processor software products. These software products are currently installed on equipment located at the DMC-Chambersburg. Period of performance for the maintenance is 1 Oct 97 through 30 Sep 98. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
