Education Services Department, 900 Maple Road, Homewook, IL 60430, for the purchase of 400 copies of "The Heart of HACCP: In-Plant Application of HACCP Principles". This videotape emphasizs the principles of primary concern to the lineworker, including establishing critical limits, monitoring systems, and implementing corrective action. The Pathogen Reduction/HACCP rule requires small plants to develop HACCP plans for their production processes. These videotapes will provide technical guidance and assistance to small plants. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT AVAILABLE. Silliker Laboratories Group, Inc. is the only known source for providing this videotape. All interested concerns must identify their interest in writing and fully document their capability to meet the agency's requirements by forwarding a detailed response by August 14, 1997. All responses must be in writing and may be faxed to 202-690-1814. All proposals from responsible sources will be considered by the Agency. If no affirmative written response is received by August 14 to determine that a comparable source is available, or is more advantageous to the Government, negotiations will take place with Silliker Laboratories Group, Inc.
