The Air Emissions Inventory System (AEIS) produces data in DBASE IV format, but the program itself is written in Delphi. We have no preference for what programming language is used for creation of the emissions inventory databases. Further details of both the AEIS and available emissions data will be provided in the RFP. The due date for receipt of Capability Statements is now extended from August 12, 1997, to August 15, 1997.
