a contractor write a computer program providing data output and input
required to conform to Code 49 CFR 575.104 Uniform Tire Quality
Grading traction testing, in accordance with existing OVSC/UTQG format,
and install in the computer provide in the new traction system. Install
new computer, signal conditioning and data acquisition setup, printer,
and all related components for a turnkey ready operating system.
Change over all components as necessary from the old truck to the new
truck. A period of performance of 45 days after award contemplated. To
obtain a copy of the Request for Quotation (RFQ), bidders must submit
a written request. The anticipated issue date of the RFQ is on or
