Option 1: Full Service and Preventative Maintenance. Option 2: In House Support Agreement where the VAMC will perform or assist in performing all Preventative Maintenance; initial response and troubleshooting; perform basic maintenance, repairs, and parts replacement; assist in maintaining site logs; sign licensing agreements with vendors.
