R -- NATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON CHILDREN, COURTS, AND THE FEDERAL CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM SOL 105-97-8314 POC Contract Specialist, LaSandra Brown, (202) 401-5399; Contracting Officer, J.Blair Hayes, (202) 401-5404 The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) intends to solicit and negotiate with the National Center for State Courts on a sole-source basis for services to provide conference and curriculum planning and development and logistical support in conducting the National Symposium on Children, Courts, and the Federal Child Support Enforcement Program. The contractor will be responsible for the following: Establish a planning committee and/or advisory committee which draws from the child support enforcement community, Conference of Chief Justices (CCJ), and Conference of State Court Administrators (COSCA) for individuals with expertise in furthering the anticipated agenda. Develop a description of the "landscape", identify issues relevant to the target audience, collect data from the child support enforcement community and the State Courts to determine the current status. Will design and develop curriculum which addresses the special needs of the members of CCJ and COSCA. Will arrange for development of letters of Invitation to be sent to all members of CCJ, COSCA, and the IV-D community, etc. The period of performance is nine (9) months. See Note Numbered 22. (0210)
