The project consists of furnishing manpower, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to design and construct a 15,260 SF carrier annex facility on a 1.7 acre site located at the intersection of Dixie Hwy (US 1) and Bird Road, between Carter Street and Hibiscus Street. Cost range: $750,000 to $1,500,000. A preproposal conference is scheduled for Thursday, August 7, 10:00 AM, in the South Florida Facilities Office located at 7499 NW 31 Street, Miami, FL 33122.
