The work includes but is not limited to, site work, utilities, structures, finishes, mechanical, electrical, roofing, plumbing, and related work to construct a new 15,600 SF postal facility on a 2.1 acre site, located at 4325 Liberty Ave. To be considered responsive the contractor/proposer must have a minimum of 10 years as a general contractor and previous experience on similar type projects. Other requirements include the following: Successful completion and favorable references for similar projects and financial stability. The proposals will be evaluated in the areas listed in descending order of importance: (1) cost/price, (2) previous experience, (3) references, and (4) financial stability. The award will be made on the offer determined to be in the best interest of the Postal Service. The estimated price range is between $1,500,000 and $2,250,000 with completion within 270 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
