The work includes cutting, patching, painting and finish materials associated with installing fire systems. The system will be installed in a historic 1867 adobe construction military barracks. The structures interior is approximately 8300 square feet with an additional 3250 square foot of covered porch. The piping for the main level, exterior porches and attic shall be installed in the attic space. We will provide detailed drawings & specifications which show the proposed exterior and interior piping layout to assist the contractors completing their design portion for the installed system. This project is 100% small business set-aside. Fort Davis is located approx. 200 miles east of El Paso, Texas and approx. 170 miles southwest of Midland, Texas.
