This solicitation invites proposals for the construction of a New Tampa Station Post Office located in Tampa, FL, at the southwest corner of County Road 581 (Bruce B. Downs) and Palm Springs Blvd (under construction) in Tampa Palms Area 4, containing approx. 20,000 gross sq. ft. of floor space. The work includes, but is not limited to steel frame construction, concrete, masonry, carpentry, modified bitumen roofing, insulation, hollow metal doors, metal studs, gyp board, ceramic tile, resilient flooring, vinyl composition tile flooring, carpet, painting, store fixtures, landscaping, electrical, mechanical, utilities and other work associated with Postal construction. The estimated base cost for this project is between $1,500,000 and $2,100,000 with completion within 300 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
