The Government requires a firm fixed price contract for Construction of Waste Containment Facility, Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. Work consist of, but not limited to: Removal of concrete pavement and general site preparation, Placement of new concrete, construction of new shelters made from metal roofing and siding, Installation of new coiling doors, four storage tanks to be sand blasted(Lead Paint Abatement), moved, and painted; enclose existing shed roof with sheet metal and install overhead door. Work shall be completed within 90 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The magnitude is $100,000 to $250,000. All responsible firms may submit a bid which will be considered. There is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 for this solicitation package. No Cash will be accepted.
