Johnston (808) 438-6535 X 198 FAX (808) 438-6563 This is an indefinite quantity contract to demolish miscellaneous buildings at various Army installations on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii. Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, services and all incidental items necessary to perform the work. Work includes complete demolition and disposal of existing buildings, hauling and placement of fill materials to include topsoil, finish grading, and grassing. Buildings have tested positive for lead paint and asbestos. Contractor is responsible for notifications, sampling, testing, clearances, air monitoring, personnel monitoring and all other incidental work required by Federal and State regulations. Delivery orders may be placed from date of award until 31 December 1998. This procurement is unrestricted. SIC 1795 Wrecking and Demolition Work. Estimated price of the proposed construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Issue date is on or about August 15, 1997. Telephone requests will not be honored. Solicitation/drawing charge is $27.00 per set. Additional drawings may be ordered at $14.00 each. Payment by check or money order shall be made payable to DFAS, HONOLULU, OPLOC.
