Repair and replacement of HMAC taxiways including asphalt demolition, recompaction of remaining subgrade, new base course, new surface course, and pavement markings. Also repair and replacement to concrete taxiways including concrete block removal and replacement, concrete corner spalling patching; joint cleaning-preparation-resealing, and new concrete placement. Project also includes replacement of existing airfield lighting system for runway, taxiway, approach, threshold, runway end identifier lights, precision approach indicator, sequenced flashers, helipad and area lighting; manhole, duct system, ground counterpoise and cables; airfield and control tower standby generators and auto transfer switches; and other related work. Estimated Value: $10,000,000 -- $25,000,000. Bids from large business firms must comply with FAR clause 52.219-9 regarding the requirement for submission of a subcontracting plan. The Fort Worth District subcontracting goals are for specified percentages of the contractor's total planned subcontract amount to be placed with the following: 55% with small business; 8.5% with small disadvantaged business, 3% with women-owned small business, and 5.5% with Historically Black Colleges and Universities and Minority Institutions (HBCU/MIs).
