Work includes asbestos and lead based paint abatement, interior demolition, new gypsum board partitions, finishes, new refrigerated HVAC systems, new electrical and plumbing systems, and roof repair for the entire building. Renovation of the building exterior elevations is included as an additive bid item. Estimated Value: $1,000,000 -- $5,000,000. Bids from large business firms must comply with FAR clause 52.219-9 regarding the requirement for submission of a subcontracting plan.
